Menswear Inspired Plaid Blazer
This blazer is going to be a staple piece in my fall wardrobe. This blazer was one of those “love at first sight” items for me. I was browsing at Nordstrom looking for something to wear for a fall trends photoshoot and the moment I laid eyes on this jacket, I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. If only love could be this easy right?!
This jacket was the perfect amount of oversized, without looking over the top masculine. My favorite part is the dark green touch of velvet on the lapel of the blazer. It gives it that elegant look perfect for fall and winter.
This exact blazer is linked below and is from Free People. It was on promotion for 25% off when I purchased it, so I didn’t pay an absurd amount. However, when I did go thrifting, I saw a lot of similar blazers that could easily get the job done.
I knew I would be wearing this blazer a lot so I didn’t mind paying for the better quality, but if I were only going to wear it once or twice I would probably just thrift it!
